A way of working with the nervous system to increase your resilience and capacity to enjoy the present. By slowing down and inviting your body into the conversation, we can see what is already working and uncover new ways of respsonding that support you with the goals you bring to our session. Overwhelm can lessen so you have more choice in how you respond. Revelations are easier to come by, and support is made clearer. This work is done clothed, may or may not involve touch, and can happen in-person, or virtually.
